Fundraising for a Specific School
This page is for people utilizing the Lab Card Program to fundraise for tuition assistance for a specific school.
How to start fundraising to support a specific school:
- Link your King Soopers Shopper's Card to the Outdoor Lab Foundation by updating the King Soopers Community Rewards selection on your digital account.
- Fill out the form below with your contact information (first and last name and email address) and select the school you want to support under "What school will your student attend their sixth grade year?" You may disregard the other optional questions on this form.
PLEASE NOTE: You can still enroll to support a school even if you do not have a student there. If you do not select a school below, your fundraising will support general tuition assistance across the district.
