Colorado Gives Day is December 10th, less than a month away! Thanks to our generous supporters, the Outdoor Lab Foundation has made history in more ways than one this year, including record attendance and funds raised at After Dark.

Funds go toward ensuring ALL students go to Outdoor Lab, toward funding scholarships for High School Leaders that attend Outdoor Lab, toward stipends for Outdoor Lab interns and much more.
Help Us Celebrate at Colorado Plus Brew Pub on #COGivesDay
We consider this perfect timing. Scheduled to be released on Colorado Gives Day, Colorado Plus Brew Pub is brewing a signature Outdoor Lab Foundation beer! A portion of the proceeds will go toward our mission.
Give on December 10th, then come celebrate with us! Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available. There is an option to schedule your #COGivesDay donation at the event.
Two things:
1) Please SAVE THE DATE! December 10, time TBD, at Colorado Plus Brew Pub.
2) Help us name the beer! If using our organization name, please include all of "Outdoor Lab Foundation" and (please) keep it PG.

Paige Brophy Finalist for GenXYZ Award
Congratulations to our very own Paige Brophy, Executive Director at the Outdoor Lab Foundation, for making it into the top 50 for Colorado Biz Magazine's 2020 GenXYZ Finalists!
Now in its 10th year, the GenXYZ panel chooses 50 nominated candidates out of hundreds of applicants. The panel chooses leaders from the best and brightest of Colorado's business and leadership community and the award panel takes pride in including multiple industries, job titles and types of business.
"I was surprised when I got the email, and incredibly honored, especially when I read about the other finalists," says Paige. "And although it's an honor to get an award like this, I just value what I get to do each and every day. Not everyone has the privilege to say that about their work," she continues.
Companies Dedicate Holiday Parties to Giving
Last year, Outdoor Lab Foundation received a generous gift, seemingly out of nowhere. It was during the holidays. When we received it in the mail, we were surprised, grateful and curious.
It was from a local company who made us the recipient of their "Holiday Party with a Purpose" money. They used their time of celebration and gratefulness to give back to the causes they cared about.
We thought it was brilliant. We hadn't heard of it before. But once we got to thinking about it, we realized there were many kinds of parties that might lend well to some kind of giving platform like the company above showcased.
What would a "Party with a Purpose" look like for the Outdoor Lab Foundation? Companies could donate funds directly to Outdoor Lab Foundation programming or stock our office with items like printing paper, ink cartridges, pens or pads of paper.
Companies could also choose to collect backpacks or gently used outdoor items, like boots, socks or coats to send to students that attend Outdoor Lab in the winter.
