Because of YOU we had our best After Dark ever with historical funds raised!
Saturday, October 12th, Outdoor Lab Foundation staff and the Board of Directors were truly humbled and in awe of the community support and generosity shown for the Outdoor Lab program.
$195,000 was raised for the Outdoor Lab program this past weekend, ensuring that EVERY student in Jefferson County can attend Outdoor Lab, regardless of ability or disability, including ability to pay.
This year's After Dark was an evening of exploration, as guests were joined by Hawk Quest and a taste of Outdoor Lab, Johnnycake. A huge thank you to Lowry Beer Garden, Infinitus Pie and Abrusci's Fire and Vine for the amazing food served. The signature cocktail, Red October, hosted by Leopold Brother's Distillery was a fan favorite. Amazing tunes filled the air from Original Recipe, After Dark's official band while Mary and the Weber Brothers Band closed out the evening.
A big thank you to Marc Sallinger, reporter at 9News and Outdoor Lab alum, for hosting this incredible evening.
All Outdoor Lab and Foundation staff are humbled and grateful for the amazing community that surrounds this program.
A Note from Paige, Executive Director of the Outdoor Lab Foundation:
Board members, sponsors, legacy society members, alumni, Outdoor Lab champions and advocates, I truly cannot thank you enough for the support and generosity shown for the program this past weekend. The Foundation staff is truly humbled and in awe of the impact you have made on this program. As said during After Dark, this program is not just a week on the trails, it is a lifetime. Because of YOU, this lifetime program is going to remain for generations to come. Thank you for leaving your everlasting footprint. I am honored to work with amazing advocates and champions like you.
